As you may know, the Debian freeze is coming up (as in really soon, starting next month or so), and it would be great to have OCB in Nettle in the next version of Debian. https://release.debian.org/bookworm/freeze_policy.html OCB is the only mandatory-to-implement AEAD mode in the upcoming revision of OpenPGP.
