Why shouldn't we leave it to NRCFOSS to achieve and complement them in
their activities and explore more ways utilizing it effectively or do it 
through them joining hands with them? 

Here FOSSCOM can be a partner of NRCFOSS project. Isn't it?

They have another 3 more years and their primary intention of formation is on 
similar lines.
