 So you mean to say that an organization that cant make a secure OS and
browser will be able to provide this kind of accurate measurement ? Secondly
the measurement part will be done by devices which are not manufactured by
M$. The software is going to interface with the hardware device and fetch
the value recorded by the device. So what exactly is M$ providing in this
process which can be counted as a specialization of M$ ?
