Yesterday we had monthly meeting of PLUG at SICSR. I compiled some of
the arguments and things that came to the fore at

What would be interesting for the people in this list that there was
a good debate about the recent proposed MOU between MS and State Govt.
of Maharashtra.
I would urge all the people to read, take views, pick holes in my as
well as PLUG's theory as well .
