Anyone with specific offers that can be fructified on getting the government go-ahead should update the wikipage http://fosscomm.in/Interventions/ProposalForMaharastra, under the heads 'training' or 'portals', or a new head, if one can be clearly differentiated. I think Nagarjuna meant we should have all these in by the 15th (I, and probably some others, have been trying to keep the page uptodate on grammar etc) so that the formal offer can be delivered to GoM before 19 September.
