Not clear why it would be better, having read the imagebin ToS. Did you mean
better, because it automatically gets deleted in 7 days? With the rate of
online document archiving that is getting to be routine nowadays, such
deletion hardly matters anymore. At Googledocs, document uploaders are also
free to delete the document whenever they please. In fact, this one can be
deleted on Monday, I guess, and that will also make it less likely to get
archived by a search engine, if that is the fear.

While this use of Googledocs is for a relatively trivial (i.e putting up a
readymade poster), most people I know use it for collaborative development
of documents. Can you suggest other public hosted services that offer
reliable and useful collaborative document processing (formatted text
editing, picture/video editing, presentation hosting etc)? Please note,
while the fosscomm site has wiki, that is only useful (afaik) for text
editing, not for the other purposes, aside from the fact that this service
is not freely available to aam janta.
