16th Sept, 09 looks like the best date for holding the FOSSCOMM Mumbai meeting. Nagarjuna has kindly volunteered to host this at the HBCSE/TIFR campus in Deonar near Chembur. Any suggestions for an agenda? Perhaps we can focus on the creation of working groups that will take the FOSS agenda forward?
