from our respected CSIR Labs. Annex 7 of the bid document for
“Enterprise Resource Planning Solution (ERPS) at CSIR says:

In keeping with the current skill sets/ capabilities of CSIR
Operation, Systems, Management Research Group (OSMR Group)/ Technical
Team, it has been decided that all Enterprise applications would need
to be built on Microsoft .NET technologies.
