I would like to highlight the correction needed on the following link

in particular , the line "Encouragement of skills development and
upgradation"
Upgradation is used informally, which will not be right in our manifesto.
It can be rewritten as:
Encouraging development of skills and upgrading them.
Also: Technology upgradation of India's Small and Medium Enterprises
can be rewritten as: Technological upgrades applied to Small and Medium
Enterprises.
Please let me know about your thought.
