To be read as our employes lack several important skills, primarily in writing maintainable, cross platform code. So we see opensource projects as a great training ground at half cut rates, which we are anyway bound to pay. We see this as a great opportunity for our employees to cherry pick great ideas and bring in some life to our stagnating growth.
