Friends,
Himachal Pradesh education department is interested in
exploring/understanding use of ICTs in education. An approach similar to
what our FOSSCOMM friends in Mumbai looked at, could be contextualized
for HP as well
Are there individuals/institutions in HP who could be part of such an
effort, working with the HP education department? If not in HP, would
those based in nearby states/UTs be able to support/participate in this
effort?
