FOSSCOMM working group is a small group of 5-6 people (so that | discussions within this group to create proposals is easier) \-- The whole point of having SIGs was that people can work independently. Forming a working group, and putting an organizational structure is like going back to square one. SIGs should be formed by volunteers interested in their work, and does not require a working group to decide for it. One needs to do less policing, and focus more on SIG work.
