I did not see that line in the link provided. If that is so, the situation is 
a total disaster and the entire exam is compromised. How do they know the 
scores are not rigged.
And not a single statement (reported) from our budding managers, who obviously 
are too busy mugging crap, rather than acquiring knowledge and skills in IT - 
tools that they will use over and over to munge through mountains of data and 
come up with rubbish that will be used to make decisions.
