Great letter. Please add IT for Change as well.Can I request you to also add the attached letter (which we sent to Education department, Karnataka for specifying MS Office in their tender document) to the templates list (After we sent this letter and also spoke to the department, they have asked vendors to also provide bid with Open Office!! - so writing letters and talking does help at times)
