jure manner
There is no FOSS philosophy: free software and open source are two
different philosophies. FOSS, or FLOSS, is just a way of talking
about free software and open source together.
Open source recommends particular software development practices.
Free software is not particularly concerned with that question.
We're concerned with how to distribute the program ethically.
As long as the program respect users' freedom, we're happy with any
way of developing it.
