Please distinguish between the software and the services associated with it. FOSS stands for Free and Open Source Software; it does NOT stand for Free and Open Source Services :-) Remember, the Free in Free Software refers to freedom, not lack of price. In fact, it's perfectly legal to sell FOSS (and consequently perfectly legitimate to sell services around FOSS too).
