You seem to be obsessed with NASSCOM. Do you have any idea what NASSCOM does and how crappy it is ? Dewang Mehta did not become face of Indian IT but only sold Indian in international market as a venue for IT labour powerhouse. He was a lobbyist in USA who paved the way for India to be destination of high manpower low cost destination. 1.5 the cost of hardware and 1/18th the cost of engineer, you get talented staff with no headache of visa, social security, provided funds etc. This legacy of Dewang Mehta is still being carried forward by NASSCOMM who would send letter to GOI supporting OOXML without even asking its members... Open source develops in real time and not internet time. So any development/structure takes time in open source to evolve along with commitment from the community members for a prolonged period of time. The vigor will come when the community realizes (not drafts) its goals and there is a general consensus to arise. If it happens over a period of time great, else we all walk our paths... regards Vivek -- The hidden harmony is better than the obvious!! _______________________________________________ network mailing list [email protected] http://lists.fosscom.in/listinfo.cgi/network-fosscom.in
