Dear all, I just came across the Patent Office Procedure[1] document released in July 2009, which deals solely with procedures, and doesn't go into legal interpretation (and the meaning of "computer programme _per se_" the way the Draft Manual of Patent Practice and Procedure[2] from 2008 did. Does anyone have further details about this document?
