things look very rosy when we talk in cyberspace about good things
like public domain software, open source and free software.

The basic necessity of a technical institution is AICTE affiliation
and the AICTE inspectors have little or no respect for FOSS.

If AICTE guidelines need be changed EXPLICITLY so that these
inspectors may not open mouth randomly against FOSS.

And kindly don't think that you can make them understand nice things
by anyway talking to them/showing anything to them. They just rudely
ask to listen to them and follow.
