The reason it is being held:
Message body is too big: 52926 bytes with a limit of 40 KB
Reason is clearly listed above . Size of the mail matters . In future
dont sent attachments to a public list . Upload it somewhere and send
a link
And If your mail is not coming dont send it to list. You can ping
list-admins . It is in the list info page listed below
