It clearly shows somebody's ability to deceive people who does not know what an OS is. Writing some thing from scratch by 50 people seems to be ironic. It must be something which has been developed which is being marketed now.
Public voice must be raised on such initiatives since the public money is being wasted for some one's posotion.
