The waters are very muddy at this point as far as non gpld 
applications using lgpl java go.
One part of the Oracle - Google case relates to such use afaik. 
Essentially dalvik allows nongpl use of native java code, which was 
not allowed by Sun and hence causes a revenue loss to Oracle. But do 
double check all the facts on jre, jme, dalvik and whathaveyou.

My take: just drop the whole junk.
