If you burn the matter to a CD and send it via courier, the charges incurred thereby doesn't amount to explicit selling of the content, which is the only thing that is prohibited. In the invoice, you might write: Content Cost: 0 CD cost: 10/- Shipping: 90/- This should be fine legally. However, note that validity of most legal matters are subject to being held up in a court of law. Compare to buying a book from an online shop: the charges for shipping are NOT a part of the actual cost of the product.
