Also there is one maintained by Nasscom http://bit.ly/ereXph. Land records are already done in AP almost a decade back thanks to NIC. even if we take a scenario where none of systems exists , who is going to validate the records that you are going to maintain as valid, i think we are not blessed by Govt or the system so this idea is of just academic interest to me like many of projects we churn out of our education system. still if you insist read about aadhar project and the resistance its facing , i am still asking questions like what aadhar is project is all about . -Satya satyaakam.net
