Sorry to spoil the fun (as always), but the GPL is Copyright, not Copyleft,
FSF.  They take a very dim view (verging on hostile) to people amending the
GPL.  Fear the wrath of Stallman, my friend.

The GPL _applies_ to "copyleft", but the _GPL_ text itself is not even close
to a CC-SA, etc.  In particular, the text of the GPL itself is not released
under the GPL (which has caused generations of Debian guys to pull out their
hair, and recursively shoot themselves.
