The researcher has put it the other way. Proprietary s/w companies of
the MNC kind would themselves be actively involving CIA and other
agencies for global gains. Why should the CIA bother to infiltrate
their own masters? They would have been welcomed with open arms.
I agree, Microsoft and the US government probably collaborate quite a lot.
After all, there was the famous "NSAKEY" in some Microsoft server product.
