There was an RTI application regarding the MoU between AICTE and MS. In reply to RTI, AICTE said it cannot disclose the information as it is covered under a non-disclosure agreement. Though this has been stuck down in court, you have to be ready to fight a long battle with AICTE when going the RTI way.
