Deeply shocked to hear about this. Though I did not know Raj personally
I had met him when he had accepted my invitation to be part of a
consultation on Aadhar in 2010. I remember his incisiveness during the
meeting and was really glad that I had managed to get him to spare the time.
Real, tragic loss. Salute to one of FOSS's finest soldiers.

Cannot believe. Raj was one of very few people who had total integrity.
What he thought is what you got from him. Always interesting and an
original mind. Great loss.
