Dear Mohit.
Just one quick comment.
We have to realy take this in a very focused way.
I can't be so sure that spoken tutorial is really free as in freedom.
The MHRD has to be very strict with the norms. which determine digital
freedom.
Happy hacking.

Dear FreeSouls,
The Human Resource Development (HRD) minister of India, Dr. Pallam
Raju has endorsed the 'Human Values' as essential action point during
second international conference on ''Human Values in Higher Education'
at IIIT Hyderabad, India.
The final recommendations of the conference urge Ministry of HRD to
introduce and support instruction, project and research work in this
area. Some work has already started but they feel that a lot more has
to be done.

Ministry of HRD is already funding various projects related to
software freedom - one crucial project is Spoken Tutorial @IIT Bombay.
Can we ask the Ministry of HRD to consider the principles of Software
Freedom in all their endeavors of 'Human Values' to be taught to
teachers and in turn to students?
