Overall I am looking at expanding the FOSS and Free s/w networks into newer areas because of the general tendency of FOSS networks in the Network. Studies show that they simply strengthen their internal connections after a period of time and stop expanding. Adding more semantics is a potential solution. So culture, etc matter Best A. Mani -- A.
