Create real pacifist rings.  Plan and carry out real world actions like
holding flowers in crowded squares at specific times.

The level of coordinated communication necessary to carry out a bombing^w
flower-holding would itself trigger detection algorithms, right?

(It must, or any terrorists could circumvent the algorithms by simple noun
substitution.)

Also, many of us would get 'flowered'! :)
