Hi all, For the last few days, I have been looking at different FOSS communities within India, including FSUG's and ILUG's, specific to areas and colleges. Only a few of them are very active. But, on a national perspective, I find fosscommunity.in and fosscomm.in(fosscom.in) active.
I am confused on how both of these differ. I am subscribed to both the lists and seems like there are many members in common. Is there any history for the creation of two separate entities? Though there are lots of FOSS Communities, there isn't any up to date collective documentation about them.
