Well, you probably want to take a look at the other places
IOV_MAX is used. I had a fix for this back during S10 development
which I didn't have time to finish; I seem to remember having to
do a bit of work in streams and rw.c to keep from bloating some
on-stack data structures.
I made it a resource control; it's not clear the additional
complications were worth while.
Note that the kernel uses other defines than IOV_MAX.
