The polling/blanking interface will be revisited in a significant way
as part of project Crossbow (see http://www.opensolaris.org/os/
project/crossbow). Until then that interface will not be officially
"public" and will be subject to change.
We're also looking into not requiring the driver to support polling
in order to take advantage of direct function calls between ip and
Nemo. I'm hoping that this change will have minimal or no impact on
the Nemo/driver interface.
