Hi i'm having a real difficult time getting jumbo frames enabled on a blade 1500 with a bge on board.
Solaris version # uname -av SunOS frankenstein 5.11 snv_39 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Blade-1500 # #added this to bge.conf default_mtu =8000; and added this to /etc/system set bge:bge_jumbo_enable = 1 rebooted and still getting the mtu set to 1500, and even unplumbed the interface and try setting it with ifconfig bge0 192.168.1.16 mtu 8000 and it produced an error saying inapproiate mtu. sorry i didn't save the exact error message James Dickens uadmin.blogspot.com _______________________________________________ networking-discuss mailing list [email protected]
