Cathy Zhou and I have put together some webrevs of our combined changes
to allow observation of VLAN tagged packets. Background material can be
found at:

We have two webrevs because we changed some closed source. The first
webrev is publicly available and shows only the changes to the publicly
available source. It is at:

The second shows all changes, and is only available on SWAN:
http://atlantic.east.sun.com/~dg199075/webrev/vlan_observability/int_cr/
For those on SWAN, the workspace used to generate the webrev (which
includes an updated cscope database) is at:

We're going to set a timer of one week for comments. If you need more
time, please let us know. Please CC both Cathy and me on any comments
you might have.
