I understood there would be an squeue per CPU, and connections are
'bound' to an squeue. So stack processing would be distributed even if
non-GLDv3 NICs are used?
On my simple test it was hard to tell. The x4100 was doing a lot of
xcalls as well as interrupts, so it was difficult to see where the CPU
cycles went.
