Got bored waiting for DVDs to burn, machines to install, and larger
workspaces to build.
I clipped this bug we had labelled as oss-bite-size:
6287109 ip_addr_match and its callers could be tuned
figuring that since tunnel-mode is using it now too, we ought to speed it up
a bit. I also figured the community should have-at-it:
