Hi everybody.

Currently I am using Solaris Express (Nevada build 55) on a HP Compaq NX7000
laptop, and I was using ipw (Version 0.5) for my wireless network interface.

Since some days ago, I am having continuous problem with this interface because
after a few minutes of being working, I got the following message at
/var/adm/messages:

May 14 13:35:53 arwen ipw: [ID 451854 kern.warning] WARNING: ipw0: device
configuration failed
May 14 13:35:53 arwen ipw: [ID 451854 kern.warning] WARNING: ipw0: could not
load microcode, try again
May 14 13:35:53 arwen ipw: [ID 451854 kern.warning] WARNING: ipw0: device
configuration failed

Sometimes, by unplumbing/plumbing the interface and doing a wificonfig
restoredef, interface recovers and works for other few minutes, but, after
doing this, I got:

# ifconfig ipw0 plumb
ifconfig: plumb: ipw0: I/O error

And I have to reboot the system.

Does anybody have any hint about this? Maybe could it be caused by a driver
conflict or something like that?

Thank you very much for your kind help and attention.
