The performance issue is with a third party app that provides an
appletalk/appleshare ip stack for Solaris.
I think you need to provide far more information wrt the characteristics
of the "performance issue":
- what is the app intended to do?
- under which circumstances does this happen?
- platform?
- OS revision (have any patches been applied? get customer to run
explorer, that collects a *load* of useful information [and do NOT send
the output to the list].
- what have you measured so far, what were the results?
oh - since this is S10, I think you/your cust. need to go through
regular services (yes I realise you phrased your request carefully ;-).
