Has anyone tried to use nmap in a method which would require RAW sockets on a system running with 802.1q VLAN tagged interfaces?
I get the result: Starting Nmap 4.20 ( http://insecure.org ) at 2007-07-19 22:27 GMT getinterfaces: Failed to open ethernet interface (e1000g21000). A possible cause on BSD operating systems is running out of BPF devices (see http://seclists.org/lists/nmap-dev/2006/Jan-Mar/0014.html). QUITTING!
