I am getting the same issue. I have a V240 with Solaris 10 and the latest recommended patches.
I had to put a startup script to do the following /etc/rcS.d/S55CreateAggr #!/sbin/sh dladm delete-aggr 1 dladm create-aggr -d bge0 -d bge1 -l active ifconfig aggr1 plumb 192.168.30.110 svcadm clear net-physical So each time I reboot, the aggr script gets run creating a new aggregate, but I am still trying to find out how it will work as it was designed to work.
