I don't think I'd do that.  Systems running code prior to S10 08/07
will still need the ipcl_conn_fanout mechanism, so deleting it might
be a bit premature.

The bigger concern is in burying these undocumented header files in
the midst of this application.  I realize that pidentd naturally has
its hands all over the kernel, but depending on the layout of these
structures bumps the risk level up another notch.

At a minimum, I think we need to start thinking about a better way
forward here.
