Those numbers look kind of high, but you need to take them relative to 
the other values.  If you have been sending billions of packets, then 
from a strict percentage wise, it might not be a problem.

But if these represent more than a couple percent of your total traffic, 
then you've got a problem.  Try replacing the cable, and double check 
that all of the equipment you are using is set to use autonegotiation.  
(A *classic* mistake I see people make often is trying to "force" a 
speed and duplex setting, and having devices wind up having mismatched 
settings.)
