Hi Peter
    LSO doesn't work as well as MDT, Also the hardware I'm working with
has no UDP LSO capability, does any? so to get accelerated Tx for UDP I
need to use MDT. I hope you now agree that LSO doesn't really subsume
MDT, and we can move forward by pursuing the contract.
