Most of the opinion and discussion are probably now useless -- quite a
bit of this wasn't implemented or ended up being implemented
differently.  No, I don't know of any follow-up cases that contain the
corrections.

However, see section 4.2 of the opinion for a discussion of the VLAN
PPA hack, which was an intrinsic part of this case.  See also the
materials in the 'commit.materials' directory.  (This is an ARC case
that comes free with source code ...)
