Hi, This is somewhat speculation on my part, but rough equivalent of using BPF on Solaris is to open a device for raw access using DLPI. This is only possible if a zone's IP type is exclusive, which you can verify by doing:
zonecfg -z zone_name info | grep ip-type from the global zone.
