Comparing the two sides of the traffic, you can see that
some packets from x..31 did not make it to x..55. And in
the x..31 side, I think the trace did not capture all
packets. I noticed one puzzling thing. The MAC addresses
do not match. How are those machines configured and
connected together? I thought the IP interfaces used
were on the same subnet and they were connected via a
switch. But the MAC addresses in the trace did not seem
to agree with this. Can there be a configuration problem
causing packet drops?
