The IPQoS feature is still present and should work in Nevada, though I don't know of anyone using it. See ipqos(7ipp) for a starting point. Note that it just does marking, metering, and dropping. It doesn't shape anything. My understanding of Crossbow is that they plan to supplant and/or remove IPQoS.
