Hello!
This is the first of two distinct sets of bugfixes. I had asked for review
previously on:
6777776 NAT-T keepalive transmission shouldn't directly call
ipsec_wput_ipsec_out()
6779183 AH and ESP taskq handlers have to remember the netstack ID.
and was reminded about netstack reference holds and releases. I think I have
recitfied that situation, and I have kept hold of netstack IDs as new things
go asynchronous, to match other current asynchronous behavior in IPsec.
